GUARANTEE
Zbagz stands by the the workmanship and materials used to create our bags and we guarantee both for 12 months from the day the bag is shipped. If either the workmanship or materials should fail under normal wear and use within this period, the customer may return the item to Zbagz for a full refund.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will be pleased with your selection. In the event you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your bag for another or request or refund. The following conditions apply to all returns:
Bags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt for any reason. (Date of receipt will be determined by shipping records). Returned bags must be unused and accompanied by the original packing slip. Returns should be sent to: ZBagz, 4100 Cathedral Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20016. Credit will be processed within two weeks of receipt of bag.
For exchanges, please contact Zbagz by email for availability of another style or color. If a suitable exchange is not available, we will issue a credit (see above) upon receipt of your returned item. return the bag to ZBagz for a full refund.
